Fill the 2027 Intake. Then Keep Madaras Visible Every Week.
Two services from Trance AI. First, Facebook and Instagram ads that bring parents to Madaras before the 2027 intake. After enrolment closes, weekly posts on the school's social media, with a small optional ad budget to keep the pages reaching parents.
How Ads Bring Parents to Madaras
A parent sees the ad
While scrolling Facebook or Instagram, a parent in your area sees a short ad from Madaras.
They reach out
They tap the ad, then send a message, call, or fill in a short form.
Madaras follows up
Your team replies, shares fees and details, and invites the parent to visit.
We improve it
Every week we check which ads bring the most parents, and do more of what works.
Meta
The company that owns Facebook and Instagram. Ads on both are bought in one place.
Enquiry
One parent contacting the school after seeing an ad, by message, call or form.
Ad budget
The money Meta charges to show the ads to parents. It is paid to Meta, not to us.
We Run the Ads. You Get the Enquiries.
- Set up the ads on Facebook and Instagram: pictures, videos and wording.
- Choose who sees them: parents in your area who are likely to be looking for a school.
- Watch the ads every day and adjust them so they keep working.
- Send you a simple report every week: how many parents contacted the school, and what we are changing.
- How long the ads run. We recommend 4 months, October to January. Shorter or longer is your decision.
- How much ad budget to spend each month. We recommend at least KES 20,000.
- Which classes or levels matter most for 2027.

What We Charge Is Separate From What Meta Charges.
Meta charges for showing your ads to parents. We charge for setting up and running them. These are two separate payments, to two different companies.
Covers the work: setting up the ads, running them, watching them every day, improving them week by week, and your weekly report.
Pays for the ads to be shown to parents. You set the amount. It goes straight to Meta from Madaras's ad account, never through us.
You choose how long. We recommend 4 months, October to January, for the 2027 intake. Fewer or more months is your decision. Both payments are per month, so they follow the length you choose.
After enrolment, the social media plan begins. Its costs are on the next slide, including an optional ad budget of KES 5,000–10,000 per month, also paid to Meta.
After Enrolment, Keep the School's Pages Active Every Week.
Parents often check a school's Facebook or Instagram page before getting in touch. Regular posts show the school is active.
- A monthly calendar of what will be posted, and when.
- 3–4 posts every week, drafted with AI and scheduled for you.
- You approve each month's calendar before anything goes live.
- An optional ad budget, so the pages keep reaching new parents.
- Basic watching of comments and messages, so questions are not missed.
Starts after enrolment ends, never overlapping the ads fee.
Six Things That Help the Ads Work.
Your Facebook and Instagram pages
You add Trance AI as a partner on the pages. Madaras stays the owner and can remove our access at any time. We will guide you through it.
A Meta ad account with a payment method
This is where Meta collects the ad budget, usually from a bank card. It is opened in Madaras's name, and we can set it up with you.
Your 2027 intake targets
How many new students you want in each class or level, and the last date for applications.
What parents ask about
Fees or how to request them, curriculum, location, how to apply, open day dates and contact numbers.
Real photos and videos
Classrooms, activities and events. Photos showing children need the parents' permission, which the school collects.
Someone to reply to parents
A phone or WhatsApp number checked every day, and one contact person for quick approvals.
Please share these before the October launch, so the ads can go live on time.
Four Steps From Approval to First Ads.
Approve
Confirm this proposal, how long the ads should run (we recommend 4 months), and your monthly ad budget.
Share
Send us what is on the previous slide: page access, ad account, targets and school details.
Launch
We set up and launch the ads in October, then send your first weekly report.
Continue
After enrolment ends, the social media plan begins: a one-off KES 15,000 setup fee, then KES 25,000 per month, plus an optional ad budget of KES 5,000–10,000 per month paid to Meta.
Approve, and the first ads go live in October.
